Built for Whatnot sellers

Turn one-time Whatnot buyers into regulars.

Illustrative data. Every metric shown is one Clask actually reports.

The problem

Your buyers didn’t leave Whatnot.
They left you.

Whatnot buyers retain at over 80% month over month. They didn’t stop shopping — they’re spending every month, in someone else’s show.

01

Create your account

Sign up and connect your Whatnot store. Nothing to install.

02

Clask syncs and segments

Every buyer and order lands in Clask. Five segments build themselves.

03

The right DM goes out

Six campaigns ship pre-written. Switch one on and Clask does the rest.

Proof it’s working

One number you can click.
One you can defend.

Every campaign credits the orders that land after its DM — click the number, see the orders. Win-backs go further: hold back 10% of the audience, never message them, and Clask subtracts what they bought anyway.

Influenced is last-touch credit — 14 days after a DM, 1 day for a livestream announcement. It’s a correlation, and we name it as one. Measured incremental is that same campaign minus its control group, in orders and in dollars, each with the range it really sits in. It stays blank until the gap clears a 95% confidence interval — we’d rather show you nothing than a number that isn’t real.

What Clask does

Three ways to turn buyers into repeat revenue.

Win-back

Bring lapsed buyers back automatically

Clask finds your best spenders who’ve gone quiet and wins them back with a personalized coupon DM.

  • Lapsed VIPs segment, prebuilt
  • One-shot or recurring
  • Deduped — nobody gets messaged twice

Support Copilot

Every reply, drafted and waiting for one click.

Clask reads every DM and support ticket, works out what it is, and writes the reply. You skim and approve. Your response rate stays at 100%.

From the founder

Support is the reason this exists. Whatnot gives you 48 business hours to answer a buyer’s support request — miss it, they escalate, and Whatnot refunds them and bills it back to you.

At twenty orders a night that’s fine. At two thousand it’s a full-time job, and response rate is the metric Whatnot grades you on now — so growing makes you worse at the one thing that keeps you visible. Nobody I talked to needed better answers. They needed to stop being late. So Clask reads every request the moment it lands, pulls up the order it’s about, and writes the reply before you’ve opened the app. You approve. Nothing sits long enough to escalate.

It knows the order status

“Where’s my order?” gets a different answer for Processing, Shipped, or Delivered — read live from the actual order.

Rules in plain English

Write “Does this sound like a genuine mistake?” as an IF condition, and Clask evaluates it.

Whatnot grades you on it

Your Response Rate, Buyer Protection, and Satisfaction — pulled from Whatnot, against its own targets.

Control

You stay in charge of anything that touches money.

Clask “will never send by itself for anything involving money, refunds, cancellations, damage, or a buyer who sounds unhappy — even if a rule says it can.”

Straight from the settings screen. It’s a guardrail, not a preference.

Money always waits for you

Refunds and cancellations are review-gated no matter what your rules say.

Every action is logged

Who was messaged, the exact text sent, who failed and why.

Do Not Contact

Add any buyer. They never get a campaign or auto-reply again.

STOP means stop

Livestream opt-outs are honoured automatically.

No double-messaging

One buyer never gets two DMs about the same show.

Never your password

Connect your store from inside Clask. Your password is never asked for.
